Brett Baudinet - Oceania Davis Cup Team

Member of the Pacific Oceania Davis Cup Team 2000 - 2024
2017 Cook Islands Sportsman of the Year recognizing his achievements in tennis, where he became the first ever Pacific Oceania player to play 50 Davis Cup Ties and as a result of this was added to the ITF Honours Board in London.

Raetea Rongo
Raetea Rongo (16 years old) played for Pacific Oceania in the under 16 2025 Asia/Oceania Pre-Qualifying Billie Jean King Cup Juniors Tournament in Malaysia.

Maka Maui
Junior Maka Maui (14 years old) was recently awarded CISNOC 2019 Junior Sportsman of the Year.
​
Maka is a passionate tennis player who has been on the tennis court since the age of three. Recently, Maka was awarded a tennis scholarship to study and train at the International Tennis Federation’s (ITF) Pacific Oceania Training Centre based in Lautoka, Fiji. The ITF Training Centre is one of only three in the world and Maka is fortunate to be based there for 2020.
Maka’s tennis highlights for 2019 include:
New Zealand Nationals 2019 – Christchurch, New Zealand (7th in New Zealand)
East Pacific Regional Championship (EPRC) – Auckland, New Zealand (1st in 14U Age Group)
Pacific Oceania Junior Qualifiers (POJC) – Lautoka, Fiji (5th in the 14U Oceania Region)
World Team Junior Championships – Jakarta, Indonesia (7th in the World)
